only the odds are predetermined you say not the games? how about you, whoever reads this question buy a lotto 649 ticket and I can give you a 90% guarantee that you won't win the top prize but Ontario will. and that goes for the guaranteed part of the draw. Try it the next 649 draw

Good call Geno, I do not buy 6/49 just for that reason. How is it ALC that I can buy 18 tag's on my Salsa Bingo and the only number that I do not have at the end is 9 and that is what was drawn, is this predetermined too? The end result is, I am done buying tag.
