Does that percentage include a win of less than or equal to the price of the ticket - or a free "play again" opportunity? If so, what is the payout percentage after those outcomes are removed?

Hi Jon, The average prize payout percentage for our Scratch’N Win tickets including all redeemed free plays is 64%. Within this 64% average in prizes, there is anywhere from 17% to 34%, depending on the ticket, in prizes of less than or equal to the price of the ticket making it an average of approximately 23% of the 64%. Hi ALC, I'm curious about the exact breakdown of prize payouts. Taking for example, your latest $3 ticket - Winter Winnings (2839). Total number of tickets = 550,000 Prize Payout = 62% ($1,650,000 Gross sales, so Gross Prize Payouts = $1,023,000) There are 2 top prizes of $33,333 so that leaves payouts at around $956,334. How many of each secondary prizes would there be? $3,000 = $1,000 = $100 = $30 = $10 = $6 = $3 = Thanks,

Hi Allen; Thanks for sending in your question about the prize breakdown for Scratch’N Win tickets. Taking the example of Winter Winnings (2839), you are correct that there are 2 top prizes of $33,333. The number of other prizes available to be won on this ticket are $3 – 99,000 prizes; $6 – 22,000 prizes; $10 – 5,728 prizes; $13 ($10 + $3) – 22,000 prizes; $16 ($10 +$6) – 11,000 prizes; $30 – 80 prizes; $100 – 16 prizes; $1,000 – 1 prize; and $3,000 – 1 prize. The prize payout for Winter Winnings (2839) is 62% but the average payout for Scratch’N Win tickets is around 64.7%. Are retailers that sell winning ALC scratch tickets intitled to a prize as well?

Hello Karen, Great question. ATLANTIC LOTTERY will pay a Retailer a prize of 1% of the prize value of a winning ticket of $10,000 or more on any game for selling the ticket provided that the winning ticket must have been presented to ATLANTIC LOTTERY for payment and the winner must have been paid his/her prize.- Matt @ Atlantic Lottery

you say the average prize payout of scratch and win is approx. 64% but you're not taking into account location.......most of that 64% will most likely be got in bigger places.......smaller communities maybe 2 to 3 %..

I purchased a Bingo Extra ticket on Dec.2 2018. I checked the remaining prizes on that ticket to discover it 's not even listed on the ticket list... why...the ticket number is 2945 . p.s. It has happened before.
