you're getting paid the right prize by signing your tickets as soon as you buy them and checking your tickets online, with a self-checker
or have the retailer scan it while you hold it.

When a retailer is validating your ticket, pay attention to the terminal display and listen for the winning/non-winning sound. 
The retailer should always give you back your tickets and the matching Player Receipt.

We conduct anonymous site visits to check that retailers are handling our tickets properly, paying out the right prize amounts,
nd returning the validation slips to the players.
